Manufacturing
Our power cord manufacturing process starts in sales and engineering, where specs are ironed out to meet the expectations of those who know Kord King for its high-quality products. We ensure that every property of our USA-manufactured power cords will satisfy the needs of our customers. Our sales and engineering personnel have a wealth of knowledge and experience to advise how to tackle almost any project.
The process then goes to the shop floor where the most up-to-date equipment is utilized in a cellular production environment. This is why Kord King can deliver in days! Approximately 30 minutes after starting a job, the first pieces have been tested and packed.
All Kord King Power cords are evaluated by a rigid statistical process program, employing MIL 105 in-process sampling techniques. Process control and continual training programs renew and refresh our commitment to total quality involvement. Before every shipment, 100% of our products are are electrically tested and visually inspected. Timely delivery within 1-2 weeks of receiving an order completes our commitment to quality.
